Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Aivornix. They are intended to match the controls in the production service and should be reviewed by the operator's legal counsel before public launch.
1. Service scope
Aivornix provides governed, AI-assisted marketing operations. The current production advertising path supports Google Search campaign drafting, explicit customer approval before launch, connected-account execution, reporting and authority controls. Features described as beta, disabled or future functionality are not part of the contracted service unless separately agreed in writing.
2. Authority and approvals
The customer controls the advertising accounts it connects and the budgets and channels it authorises. Aivornix must not intentionally exceed the stored authority scope. Creating a draft does not launch media. A Google Search campaign requires explicit approval before Aivornix enables it. Platform acceptance remains subject to Google's policies and systems.
3. Subscriptions and applications
Core may be purchased directly where available. Growth and Scale require an approved application before subscription activation. Application approval does not itself create a subscription or execution authority. Subscription activation is confirmed through the payment provider. Prices, billing interval and taxes are shown during checkout.
4. Cancellation and payment failure
Cancellation or a qualifying payment failure revokes Aivornix execution authority. The service will attempt to pause live connected Google campaigns before recording them as halted locally. External advertising platforms remain third-party systems, so customers remain responsible for checking their advertising account if platform access is unavailable or a pause request fails.
5. No performance guarantee
Advertising and AI outputs are probabilistic and depend on customer inputs, market conditions and third-party platforms. Aivornix does not guarantee impressions, clicks, leads, revenue, profitability, rankings or any other performance outcome. Customers remain responsible for final approval of claims, offers, landing pages and campaign launches.
6. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, hold the rights required for submitted materials, maintain lawful advertising accounts and credentials, and comply with applicable laws and platform policies. Customers must not use Aivornix for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory or prohibited advertising.
7. Data and security
Aivornix uses connected services to process account, campaign and billing information as needed to operate the service. Advertising credentials are stored encrypted by the application. Details about personal-data handling are described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party services
Aivornix depends on third-party services including payment, identity, AI and advertising platforms. Their availability and rules are outside Aivornix's control. Aivornix may suspend an affected feature where safe execution cannot be verified.
